For nearly 40 years, the GIE Defense NBC has brought together leading French compagnies and research organisations from the French Defence Technological and Industrial Base (DTIB)
specialising in CBRN : Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear – defence and protection.

In response to evolving military, terrorist, industrial and environmental threats, the consortium develops and promotes operational solutions for armed forces, security services and civil protection organisations.

Building on recognised expertise and close cooperation with the French authorities, the GIE Defence NBC promotes French CBRN know-how internationally and contributes to the protection of forces, populations and territories.
